The skeleton of the annealing furnace is welded by various types of steel, the outer frame is used as the main beam with channel steel, the plate is made of cold plate, the main beam of the platform car is used for channel steel, the bottom plate and the front plate are used in the middle plate.
Transmission part: the trolley transmission adopts motor and reducer to drive a group of driving wheels at the front end through the chain. The furnace door drive is driven by a worm gear reducer and an electric motor.
Sealing: the seal of the trolley and furnace is maze structure, and there is an automatic sand seal knife seal device on the side of the trolley. The furnace door seal is made by raceway compressing and spring pressing automatic mechanism sealing. The furnace body adopts high quality refractory brick structure to ensure furnace sealing. The high pressure aluminum bricks are used for the pressure bearing part of the trolley, and the insulation bricks for the bottom are all kept warm.
The combustion system in oil burners installed on each side of a few heat in the furnace, reciprocating cycle, ensure the temperature uniformity. Automatic and semi-automatic type can be selected according to the needs.
Smoke preheating device: smoke preheating device is installed at the top of the furnace. When the flue gas in the annealing furnace passes the preheater, the fan is sent into the cold air for preheating, then the pipe is sent to the burner for combustion, and a manual disc valve is installed in the outlet. The valve can adjust the pressure in the furnace. It is widely used in the process of heating, cooling, condensing, evaporation and other industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, food, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, electric power, ship, paper, mine, medicine, central heating and so on.
