A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely, power components, components, control elements, parts and hydraulic oil.
The function of the power element is to convert the mechanical energy of the original motive into the pressure energy of the liquid. It refers to the oil pump in the hydraulic press system, which supplies the power to the whole hydraulic system. The structural methods of hydraulic pumps usually include gear pumps, vane pumps and plunger pumps. Their functions are compared with those shown in 1-1. The functions of components, such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors, are to transform the pressure energy of liquid into mechanical energy, and drive loads to reciprocate straight or rotate.
Control elements (all kinds of hydraulic valves) control and regulate the pressure, flow and direction of liquid in the hydraulic press system. According to the different functions of control, hydraulic valves can be divided into village force control valves, flow control valves and directional control valves. The pressure control valve is divided into the benefit valve (An Quanfa), the pressure relief valve, the secondary valve, the pressure relay, etc. the flow control valves include the throttle valve, the adjusting valve and the distributary current collector valve, etc. the direction control valves include the one-way valve, the liquid controlled one-way valve, the shuttle valve, the reversing valve and so on. According to different control methods, hydraulic valves can be divided into switch control valves, fixed value control valves and proportional control valves.
Auxiliary components include oil tank, oil filter, oil pipe and pipe joint, sealing ring, pressure gauge, oil level temperature gauge and so on.
Hydraulic oil is the working medium for transmitting energy in the hydraulic press system, and there are several kinds of mineral oil, emulsion and synthetic hydraulic oil.
